  • Can I pay by credit card or debit card for my order?

    You can most certainly pay both by credit card and debit card for your order.

  • Can I request specific samples?

    Unfortunately no as not all of our products have samples

  • Do you ship internationally?

    We ship throughout GCC (UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and Saudi Arabia), as well as outside GCC. To see the full country breakdown, please check out our Terms & Conditions

  • How can I track my order?

    Go to "Order Status", choose the order that you wish to track and click on Track Order, use the Airway bill number provided by Fetcher and track your order!

  • How do I change my billing address or delivery address?

    Changing your billing address or delivery address is as simple as logging in to your account and clicking on the edit option for both. Click here to go to your account

  • How do I know that my credit card information is protected on your site?
    We take all the security measures to protect your personal information. We work with PayTabs – a verified third party payment gateway. Check our terms and conditions for more details here
  • How do I qualify for free delivery?
    We will not charge you a single fil if your order exceeds AED 200 for deliveries within the UAE (very achievable). This applies to any product from any category and is not restricted to any specific purchase.
  • How do I receive an authorization for a return?

    Once you send an email to care@thebeautyfloor.com you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  • How do I unsubscribe from your emails?

    We will not crowd your inbox, but if you feel it’s too much and would like to unsubscribe all you have to do is click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of our email.

  • How does the rewards system ‘The Beauty Club’ Work?

    When you register with The Beauty Floor you automatically become a part of The Beauty Club rewards program.   • How long will it take for my order to arrive once it has been shipped?

    We won't take too long if you are in the GCC areas. For regional shipping it would take up to one week and international shipping would take up to 14 day

  • How will I know when my order has been shipped?

    Once you have placed the order you will receive an order confirmation, via email, enlisting the items you’ve purchased. Once the order is ready for pick up by the shipping company you will receive another email confirming the pick up along with a tracking number.

  • I cannot access my account, what should I do?
    You can try resetting your password or username. Access your account here else you can contact us on care@thebeautyfloor.com.
  • Is there any expiry date on the gift voucher?

    All good things have an expiry date, so does the gift voucher. It is valid for 365 days from the time it is issued.

  • What are the Cash On Delivery refund requirements?

    No need to panic. We will make sure to refund the paid amount to the account you used at the time of the purchase in not more than 30 days. If you chose to pay by Cash on Delivery, we will provide you with a store credit.

  • What does temporary out of stock mean?

    We would love for our stock to never run out but sometimes due to over purchase some products will happen to go out of stock for a short while, until new stocks are updated. This means that if we don’t have it today, we might have it tomorrow.
