How to return an item

  • Send an email to care@thebeautyfloor.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will contact you with details.
  • Customer service will contact you by phone to set your pickup date.
  • Pickup dates can be schedule for as early as the following day.
  • Pickup windows are 9AM to 5PM, Saturday to Thursday.
  • In case of product damages, return fees will be waived. Otherwise, a return charge of 10 AED will apply. In the case of a return and exchange, a further 15 AED charge will apply.
  • We will notify you when the items have been received and the refund is being processed.
  • Returns from UAE & Middle East must be received within 7 days and International within 14 days.
  • Cash on delivery refunds will be processed through a store credit in favour of the "Account" used for placing the order. COD refunds will only be available for purchases in Dubai
  • Bank transfer refunds will be credited back to the original account used for the transaction.
